Hello Dolores, thank you for your comment. Grinding your own flour will not produce all-purpose flour. All-purpose flour goes through several processing steps with industrial equipment to remove the bran and the germ. When you mill your own flour, the bran and the germ remain. Its a whole grain flour, not a white flour.
